Mr. Landau is a graduate of Dartmouth College (B.A. 2003), and obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Tulane University School of Law, cum laude, in 2008.<\/p>\n

Immediately before joining Swain & Dipolito, Mr. Landau was an editor of the Tulane Maritime Law Journal. He is admitted to practice before all federal and state courts in the State of California.<\/p>\n

Mr. Landau has formal legal training and experience in collision, limitation of liability, charterparties, seaman and longshore personal injury and death, marine pollution, tugs and towage, vessel documentation and finance, marine\n insurance, FD&D, COGSA and intermodal cargo claims, arbitration, and post-judgment enforcement and remedies. Mr. Landau is an Associate Member of the Maritime Law Association of the United States.<\/p>\n
